Fiona Coffey
Fiona Coffey lives and works in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow, where cows surround her! A graduate in ceramics, she is now using a broad of mostly locally found natural materials, and is involved with �Umha Aois�, an experimental group involved with Bronze Age metal casting techniques. In 1999, with the assistance of Leader (EU funding for rural developments), she founded � Glendaragh Studios�, the only purpose built artists studios in Co. Wicklow. She now runs the studios, and is continually developing the facilities available to artists there.

Baileys Senses is inspired by the rich peat bogs of Ireland, which are such a strong part of our heritage. She shows the strong symbiotic relationship between animals and the land, much of which is lost in today�s intensive farming methods.
