 - Charlie WhiskerCharlie Whisker was born in Northern Ireland but now lives in Dublin, in the past he thought Art in Crawford School of Art (Cork) and the National College of Art (Dublin. Charlie recently exhibited in Solomon Gallery and Royal Hibernian Academy. Charlie approached the surface of the cow in the same way that he would a flat canvas and responded to the undulations as they were encountered. Charlie describes this In one sense my painting negated the fact this was a three dimensional object, representing a sentient being and yet in another more cerebral sense it celebrated it.
